Helping the world's soon-to-be 10 billion people realize their human right to food with dignity is a noble and indispensable task. By growing, producing and consuming smarter, we need to transform global food systems. They must become healthier, more sustainable, more accessible and more climate resilient. The United Nations, based in Rome, is the right place to do this.
